Dr. Allen is the CEO and Owner of Innovative Health Care Institute, LLC. Innovative Health Care Institute provides healthcare training to individuals who are interested in programs such as Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), Patient Care Technician (PCT), EKG and Phlebotomy Technician Training. Dr. Allen also is a CPR/ BLS, and First Aid Instructor. Dr. Allen is listed as an adjunct faculty member at the Medical College of Georgia which is now Augusta University.

Biography
Joanne Shelby-Klein BSN RN currently serves as Director and RN writer for TheScrutinizer.org. She has been an RN for 33 years and graduated from Alderson Broaddus University in 1984. She worked as a Nephrology nurse for over 21 years, as a Home-training Coordinator, Patient and Staff Educator, performing Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis in outpatient facilities. She has written patient and staff education material and presented at patient and family seminars and conferences. She has also worked with Multiple Sclerosis patients, Utilization Review and Workers Comp Case Management. Her role with the Scrutinizer includes writing articles for the website, writing The Scrutinizer Journal, serving on the Board of Directors and acting in an advisory capacity for website and business development. She is the Vice President of the Alderson Broaddus University Nursing Alumni Association, a member of the Professional Nurses Association, Show Me Your Stethoscope and the Silent No More Foundation.

Dr. Noll is a world accredited Molecular Biologist and Medical Geneticist, and a distinguished international speaker having spoken at over 30 conferences all around the world. She has over two decades of medical research experience in various countries like India, Germany, Nairobi, Japan and The United States. Her major areas of research have been in Gene Therapy, Stem Cells, and Toxicology. She has 30 peer-reviewed publications to her credit. As a Post-Doctoral Fellow at OHSU (Portland, OR, USA) she discovered a novel Transcription Factor that she named as ZRAP. This vast research experience enabled her to establish a Medical Information Portal called ‘The Scrutinizer’, and gather an impressive team of scientists and medical doctors.
